Now entering its fifth season, the Riverside BBQ Series matches New England’s most creative chefs with inspired craft brewers and awesome bands all in a beautiful setting along the Charles River. It’s a pop-up kitchen, intimate concert, and beer festival all rolled into one all-inclusive experience.
The Harry Parker Boathouse, headquarters for non-profit Community Rowing Inc., is located on the Brighton/Watertown line, directly on the Charles River. It’s that futuristic peach-colored building that looks like it has wooden gills, located on Nonantum Road, a quarter mile west of the Soldiers Field Road, North Beacon Street intersection in Brighton.
Free parking is available in the lot adjacent to the boathouse. Please park in designated parking areas only. Do not park in the fire lane or where signs indicate “no parking” or “tow zone.” DO NOT PARK in the long diagonal spaces at the west end of the boathouse; these are reserved for cars and trucks with boat trailers and are for the public access boat launch. Cars without trailers in these spaces will be towed.
21+ for beer/wine.
Dogs are welcome.
All events are rain or shine. There is ample shade/cover and indoor bathrooms.
